Pendo is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join the demand marketing team. The Demand Generation Associate is a critical member of the marketing team with a supporting role in the execution of marketing programs and campaigns to achieve demand goals and build/accelerate pipeline for the Pendo’s sales teams.

To achieve those goals, this role will execute demand generation programs across multiple marketing channels as well as work in partnership with sales to support the health of the business. 

Responsibilities (what you’ll do):

  • Responsible for supporting the launch of pipeline generating activities including webinars, digital marketing, account based marketing, event promotion, and follow-up campaigns to deliver meaningful demand to the revenue organization. 
  • Report and analyze performance of demand programs to ensure meaningful impact against goals. 
  • Support in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns designed to engage Pendo’s key customers and prospects, partnering with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, customer, field and digital marketing.

Qualifications (what you have):

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Experience with building out multi-channel programs including email, social, digital and web. 
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial attitude
  • A passion for creativity, testing and optimization
  • Experience working in partnership with sales leaders and teams
  • A love for data and reporting. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and focus
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense a plus)
  • Extraordinary organizational program management and communication skills
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves, move fast and get the job done
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry is a plus

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in

Raleigh, NC is $64,300 - $80,400

San Francisco, CA is $73,900 - $92,100

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
