About Nevis

Nevis is building the world's leading AI platform for wealth management. Our AI completes work, automates workflows end to end, and frees financial advisors to spend more time with clients. In the future, every wealth management firm will run on Nevis.

Founded by an exceptional team of ex-Revolut executives, Nevis has raised $40 million from Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, and Ribbit Capital. We work exclusively with the largest and fastest-growing wealth management firms in the United States.

What We're About

At its core, the Deployment Strategist role is about turning one of the most significant technological shifts in financial services into a commercial reality. The largest wealth management firms in the United States know that AI will transform how they operate. They come to Nevis with a belief that the only way to serve more clients, retain more assets, and scale their business is to fundamentally change how their advisors work. Deployment Strategists are responsible for making that belief a reality.

This is an intensely commercial role. You will own some of the largest and most complex enterprise deals in the wealth management industry, end-to-end. That means understanding a firm's business deeply enough to identify where AI creates the most value, building the business case that compels their leadership to act, and then leading the deployment that delivers it. You will be the person our customers trust most, and the person internally who ensures that trust is never misplaced.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

  • Own the largest enterprise deals in US wealth management end-to-end, from first commercial conversation through to full AI deployment and account expansion.

  • Go onsite with senior leadership at firms managing $10B to $500B+ in AUM to understand their most critical workflows, identify their biggest operational problems, and define where Nevis creates the most value.

  • Build rigorous business cases and board-ready presentations that translate AI capability into commercial outcomes, and use them to drive internal alignment and executive buy-in at the customer.

  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that handle thousands of advisor tasks per day.

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployment projects simultaneously, coordinating across customer teams, Nevis engineers, and senior leadership with precision and speed.

  • Serve as the trusted primary point of contact for C-suite executives, CEOs, COOs, CTOs, throughout every stage of the commercial relationship.

  • Identify opportunities to expand Nevis's footprint within each account, developing proposals that grow deal value and deepen the customer relationship.

  • Embed what you learn from deployments back into the Nevis product, shaping the roadmap and helping us build a better platform for every future customer.

  • Build and deliver compelling demos that open new relationships and expand existing ones across the US wealth management landscape.

What We Value
  • Commercial sharpness. You understand how enterprise deals are structured and won, and you bring that thinking to every customer interaction.

  • People with demonstrated performance and real outcomes behind them, not just impressive experience on paper.

  • Relentless curiosity. You are never satisfied with a surface-level answer and will dig into the data, the workflow, and the business until you truly understand what is happening.

  • Low ego and high ownership. You do what needs to be done. The outcome matters more than the credit.

  • Comfort with ambiguity. The problems we face are novel and unstructured. You bring clarity to them, not frustration.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people with demonstrated performance and real outcomes behind them. You may have come from a deployment or implementation role at an enterprise software company, a commercial role in financial services, or a strategy background. What defines you is that you have driven real results in every environment you have been in, you want to build, and you want to do the most meaningful work of your career.

  • 3 to 8 years at a top-tier firm in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth technology startup. You have operated at the highest level in your field and have the track record to prove it. Prior experience in a Deployment Strategist, Forward Deployed Engineer, enterprise implementation, or commercial strategy role at a high-growth technology company, ideally with exposure to financial services or fintech.

  • A strong commercial instinct. You understand how to navigate complex enterprise buying processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and close large deals.

  • Degree in a STEM or related field from a top-tier university, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

  • Outstanding communication skills. You write with precision and speak with authority, whether presenting to a board or working through a technical problem with an engineer.

  • Ability to translate complex and highly technical AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences without losing either room.

  • Strong analytical and data fluency. Comfortable with SQL, Python, or equivalent tools to explore data, validate hypotheses, and build compelling analyses.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex enterprise relationships simultaneously, with extreme ownership and a strong bias for action.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in US wealth management, financial services, or fintech.

  • Familiarity with the US RIA landscape, including how large advisory firms are structured, regulated, and operated.

  • You are at the frontier of using LLM-powered workflows in your day-to-day work, with hands-on fluency across tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar.

Why Join Nevis
  • Own relationships with the largest and most sophisticated wealth management firms in the United States, at a scale that creates real and lasting impact.

  • Be at the frontier of applied AI. Nevis is deploying production AI agents inside institutions managing hundreds of billions of dollars today.

  • Exceptional performance is recognized and rewarded, with clear paths into senior commercial or operational leadership as Nevis scales.

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.

Nevis is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
