What You'll Do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.

Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.

This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

  • Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems to solve, and obsess over helping them win.

  • Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.

  • Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.

  • Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.

  • Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.

  • Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment.

  • Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.

  • Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage.

  • Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.

You will spend time onsite with customers, working through real constraints, answering difficult questions, and ensuring solutions deliver real value.

Why Should You
  • You’ll be part of what is tipped as the fastest-growing startup in Europe.

  • Work on a cutting-edge agentic solution, the hottest topic in Enterprise right now.

  • You’ll join a team of high-agency builders coming from the best tech companies out there.

  • Never boring - you’ll be solving problems for and with the biggest Enterprises in the world.

Who You Are
  • Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.

  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.

  • Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.

  • Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • High ownership mindset and bias toward action.

  • Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments.

Nice To Have
  • Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles.

  • Prior hands-on engineering experience.

  • Experience supporting production software launches.

  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments.

Why This Role Exists

Enterprises are ready to use AI, but execution is the hard part.
This role exists to bridge that gap. You will help customers deploy AI agents that integrate with real systems, respect real constraints, and deliver measurable outcomes.
