About Hanover Park
Hanover Park builds AI systems that run the financial operations of the world’s most sophisticated investment firms. As an AI-enabled service and fund administrator, we’ve become the way fund CFOs adopt AI. We've raised $31 million from Emergence (investor in Salesforce/Zoom), Susa (investor in Robinhood/Flexport) and angel investor fund CFOs from Bain Capital ($180B), Clearlake ($100B), CD&R ($80B), and Hellman & Friedman ($80B).

Our mission is to be the financial infrastructure to orchestrate how the world’s capital is operated, governed and allocated. Stripe for payments. Ramp for expenses. Hanover Park for investments. In the next decade, the AI systems we build will advise $100B investment firms on their largest acquisitions and eventually unlock alpha for investors.

About the role

You're the operator who turns a signed contract into a raving fan. You're embedded with billion-dollar CFOs as they navigate the biggest technology transformation in fund finance. This isn't "implementation." It isn't "customer success." It's the closest thing to founding a company while inside one - you are the person who makes sure the world's most sophisticated CFOs actually get value from AI.

To date, deployment has been owned by our CEO Chris and our founding team. The pipeline is overflowing, the product wins demos, and the single biggest constraint is now the gap between "signed" and "evangelist." That's where you come in. As the Founding Deployment Strategist, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Chris and our engineering team - owning live customers, building the playbook as you go, and setting the bar that the next ten deployment hires.

What you'll work on
  • Owning customer outcomes from kickoff through go-live and beyond - turning every signed deal into a reference account

  • Writing specs with engineering when a customer needs a feature to unlock value, and shipping it together in days

  • Building SOPs from scratch for workflows that don't yet exist - capital calls, NAV close, audit prep, GP reporting

  • Training CFOs and their finance teams on how to actually use Hanover Park's MCP within Claude/GPT for their daily workflows - building skills, prompts, and agents alongside them

  • Sitting in customer Slack channels as the trusted operator they DM at 11pm

  • Partnering directly with product and engineering. When a customer needs something, you figure out whether it ships this week or never

Your only outcome metric: time to turn a signed customer into a raving fan.

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of forging hard things into existence - as a founder, FDE, IB/PE associate, consultant, product manager, or engineer who never lost touch with the customer

  • High Agency. You don't need someone to tell you what to do next.

  • Real fluency (or relentless hunger to develop it) in how investment firms operate - funds, GPs, LPs, capital calls, distributions, NAV

  • Comfort sitting across from a $5B fund CFO, being the smartest person in the room on AI workflows, and the most curious one on theirs

  • Bias to ship. You'd rather prototype something today than spec it for next quarter

  • Customer obsession that borders on irrational - you'll fly out for a 30-minute meeting if it earns trust

You may be:
  • A former founder who scaled something 0→1 and wants to do it again

  • An ex investment banker or private equity associate who's tired of decks and wants to build

  • A product manager or engineer who loves customers more than tickets

  • A consultant (ex-McKinsey/Bain/BCG) ready to own outcomes instead of recommending them

This isn't the right fit if
  • You need a customer success playbook handed to you on day one

  • You think "deployment" means quarterly check-ins

  • You want clean separation between sales, product, and post-sales

Why join now

We're disrupting a $100 trillion asset class that's never had financial infrastructure built for it. The pipeline is overflowing, the product wins demos, and the gap between "signed" and "evangelist" is the single biggest lever on growth. The Founding Deployment Strategist is the person who closes that gap - and writes the playbook every deployment hire after them runs on.

If that sounds like your kind of problem, let's talk.
