We’ve raised over $95M from Greylock, Y Combinator, Thomson Reuters Ventures and other top tier investors. We’re based in downtown San Francisco and our team comes from world-class organizations like SpaceX, Google, Netflix, Stripe, Plaid and more.

The Role

We’re hiring a Deployment Strategist to lead the charge in deploying our AI agents into the complex and highly regulated environments of major banks and fintechs. You will be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring our AI solutions solve real-world financial crime challenges while driving the expansion of our enterprise partnerships.

This role is a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer-facing leadership. You will work directly with our largest clients to design and implement deployment strategies that deliver measurable impact and inform the future of our platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute custom implementation plans, workflow integrations, and training sessions for new enterprise clients.

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to expand enterprise contracts by identifying new use cases and opportunities within customer workflows.

  • Present results, insights, and proposals to a wide range of audiences, from technical analysts to C-suite banking executives.

  • Act as a critical feedback loop, embedding with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into platform improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B, customer-facing technical role such as AI deployment, product management, or strategy consulting.

  • Proven experience working with highly regulated industries, particularly banking or financial services.

  • A strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with banking executives.

  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to dig into granular details for enterprise customers.

  • Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

  • Previous experience at a startup, particularly in scaling customer deployments for enterprise clients.

  • A background in compliance, risk management, or financial services operations.

  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives and building executive-level relationships.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Direct Impact: You will see your work directly influence how major financial institutions combat financial crime.

  • Customer-Centric: You thrive at the intersection of technical solutions and customer success, solving real business problems.

  • Strategic Influence: Your deployment expertise will have a direct, measurable impact on our product and company trajectory.

  • High-Growth Environment: You are excited by the opportunity to build, innovate, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

  • 15 days PTO + holidays, unlimited sick days

  • Flexible leave options
