About Persona

Persona is the configurable identity platform built for businesses in a digital-first world. Verifying individuals and organizations is harder — but more important — than ever, with AI enabling fraudsters to launch sophisticated accounts at scale and regulations evolving rapidly.

We’ve built Persona to support practically every use case and industry — that’s why we’re able to serve a wide range of leading companies. For example, Reddit relies on Persona for age assurance and verification to comply with online safety regulations, protecting younger users while maintaining a seamless experience. Meanwhile, OpenAI relies on Persona to keep bad actors out, protecting one of the world’s most powerful AI platforms from large-scale abuse in a time when AI is reshaping the way we work and live.

We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us!

About the Role

Our internal Brand Studio supports a wide range of creative needs across marketing, HR, Product and Engineering — from our website and digital campaigns to event experiences, swag, and collateral and internal initiatives.

In this 5-month temporary role, you’ll partner closely with the brand design team to keep both internal and external projects running smoothly. From shaping scopes and kickoffs to facilitating reviews, aligning feedback, and driving delivery, you’ll play a key role in helping the team produce high-quality work at scale.

What you’ll do at Persona
  • Manage brand design projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning through coordination, communication, and delivery — ensuring work stays on track and within scope

  • Oversee engagements between internal teams and external agency partners, aligning on scope and budget, resourcing, feedback, and timelines to ensure successful delivery

  • Clearly communicate project status, risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies to stakeholders and team members

  • Support strong creative outcomes by helping maintain consistency and quality across design deliverables

  • Partner closely with Head of Brand Design to assess team bandwidth and project assignments

What you’ll bring to Persona
  • 6+ years of experience in a design agency or in-house creative team environment

  • The ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams while keeping stakeholders aligned, and representing design in conversations as needed.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity; able to bring structure to projects, set clear goals, help align feedback and adapt plans as needed to drive delivery

  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to triage issues and focus on what matters most

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion (how we track things) and Figma (for collaboration, feedback, and shareouts) Slack (how we communicate) and Google Drive

  • Experience with website production, event-related work or working with Superside is a plus

Full-time Employee Benefits and Perks

For full-time employees (excluding internship and contractor opportunities), Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, 3% 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, quarterly mental health days, family planning benefits, professional development stipend, wellness benefits, among others. While we believe competitive compensation and benefits are a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you consider why our core values and culture are right for you.
