- Lead and support the jewelry design team through all stages of the design process, staying aligned with the seasonal design calendar and proactively anticipating next steps
- Drive research into global trends, materials, and techniques to create jewelry that feels fresh, playful, and authentically kate spade
- Produce and oversee detailed CAD drawings and renderings in Illustrator and Photoshop for vendor communication and sampling
- Create, manage, and maintain spec sheets and technical packages, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all development stages
- Develop and update seasonal color cards and finish references
- Support Prepare and present seasonal mood boards and presentations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure a cohesive and commercially strong collection

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Jewelry Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry, with demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD rendering
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creative quality
