Location: San Francisco, CA (In-Person)
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team at Workbench. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills while working on diverse projects, from product design to branding and web design. You will work closely with our team to bring ideas to life and enhance the user experience of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Create intuitive and visually appealing designs for Workbench’s platform and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
Support branding efforts and contribute to maintaining a consistent visual identity.
Assist in UX research and usability testing to refine designs (a plus).
Utilize website builders like Wix, WordPress, or Webflow for web design projects (a plus).
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in design roles, with a portfolio showcasing work in product design, branding, and web design.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Knowledge of website builders like Wix, WordPress, and Webflow (a plus).
Familiarity with CSS or HTML (a plus but not required).
Strong communication skills and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
