Job Description:
The Opensity GS Solutions team is seeking an experienced Desktop Publisher to support high‑volume, client‑driven production work. Desktop Publishers use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Visio, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to edit and enhance images, graphics, videos, and create or revise presentations, pitch, and proposal documents. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness to client and leadership directives, and the ability to work efficiently within established templates and brand guidelines. Regardless of location, this position operates Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM ET. This is a fully remote position. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Intake client requests and enter jobs into the proprietary workflow tracking system
Work within established templates to produce pitchbooks and Public Information Books (PIBs)
Design and build custom templates as needed
Clean up, recreate, and enhance low‑quality logos
Prepare renderings, charts, and graphs
Proofread all deliverables to ensure accuracy and full completion of client requests
Communicate with the print department to clearly outline client specifications and requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Desktop Operator or Presentation Specialist within an investment bank or law firm
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Microsoft Word)
Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator preferred, however some tools may be learned on the job
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to clearly interpret client instructions and follow through on all requests
Highly detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and able to work efficiently under deadlines
Willingness and ability to learn new tools, skills, and processes
The Compensation range for this role is 24.00 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be highly dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
