The ideal candidate will be capable of performing their duties without direct supervision and be capable of working both locally and sometimes remotely while maintaining team cohesion. Responsibilities: The primary role is to provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers, print devices, peripherals, and other IT related equipment for SWA’s Los Angeles office. Providing remote support to all other SWA offices is a secondary role of this position along with adhering to SWA’s IT standards and ensuring compliance in accordance with SWA’s IT strategy.

Reports to: Coordinates activities with local office management and reports directly to the CTO.

Skills Required: Should possess a working knowledge of IT related hardware and software. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to effectively work with technical and non-technical staff.

Installation, support, and administration experience and knowledge is desired but not required in the following specific areas:

Software: Windows 10, 11, MS Office Suite, Adobe Products, AutoCAD Graphics Programs

Printer troubleshooting
