The ideal candidate will be capable of performing their duties without direct supervision and be capable of working both locally and sometimes remotely while maintaining team cohesion. They must be customer-focused, and a motivated self-starter who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills; both orally and in writing. Exceptional listening, questioning, and analytical skills are vital to success in this role.
Responsibilities: The primary role is to provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers, print devices, peripherals, and other IT related equipment for SWA’s Los Angeles office. Providing remote support to all other SWA offices is a secondary role of this position along with adhering to SWA’s IT standards and ensuring compliance in accordance with SWA’s IT strategy.
Reports to: Coordinates activities with local office management and reports directly to the CTO.
Skills Required: Should possess a working knowledge of IT related hardware and software. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to effectively work with technical and non-technical staff.
Installation, support, and administration experience and knowledge is desired but not required in the following specific areas:
Software: Windows 10, 11, MS Office Suite, Adobe Products, AutoCAD Graphics Programs
