About the role

We are seeking a Detailer Crew Member to join our growing Maintenance Department. In this on-site role at our Corsicana, TX facility, you will help ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and fully operational. You will support day-to-day activities such as washing company vehicles and side-by-sides, general cleaning, and maintaining a well-kept environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. This shift is Monday - Friday 7-3:30pm.


What you'll do

  • Perform routine cleaning and sweeping of the facility
  • Remove trash and keep work areas clean and organized
  • Wash company vehicles, including side-by-sides
  • Support larger maintenance and facility upkeep projects as needed
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and storage areas
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external contractors
  • Track and manage basic inventory items
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently


What you'll bring

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work at heights on lifts and ladders required. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage workload.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Prior facilities or relevant experience is preferred.


Physical requirements and work environment 

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods 
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (specify weight) 
  • Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.) 
  • Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures 


Safety Requirements 

  • PPE & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots). 
  • Hazard Awareness: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions. 
  • Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training. 
  • Organization: Keep all work areas clean and free of obstructions to prevent workplace accidents.
