We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Principal Developer Relations Manager, Manufacturing to lead strategic engagement across large scale developer ecosystems within emerging technology domains. In this highly influential role, you will set the technical strategy for working with software solution providers, developers, and industry innovators. You will help speed the uptake of NVIDIA’s groundbreaking AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep architectural and domain expertise with proven success in influencing industry direction. They guide partner product strategies and encourage developers worldwide to build on NVIDIA technologies that are crafting the future of computing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cultivate and sustain deep technical mastery in the manufacturing industry, serving as the trusted strategic advisor, industry expert, and problem‑solver across the developer ecosystem. Partner multi-functionally to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies, drive technical innovation, and shape ecosystem‑wide standards and guidelines.

  • Understand the core technologies that accelerate the canonical workloads developers are building in factories — vision inspection, robotics, simulation/digital twins, predictive maintenance, and industrial AI agents. Accelerate critically important workloads by architecting, demonstrating, and integrating the NVIDIA software stack into partner products, platforms, and pipelines to drive performance breakthroughs and scalable adoption.

  • Guide partners through sophisticated onboarding and integration initiatives by delivering advanced technical resources—such as reference implementations, sample code, and demo pipelines—to accelerate Manufacturing adoption and drive co‑innovation of next‑generation, production‑ready solutions.

  • Analyze and develop the community of developers to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate across engineering, product management, and marketing. Influence product roadmaps and improve large-scale partner adoption strategies.

  • Engage partner senior technical leaders to drive best‑practice integrations and resolve complex architectural challenges, establishing ongoing collaboration rhythms to track adoption, uncover emerging workflows, and deliver critical field insights that shape NVIDIA’s product and platform strategy.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A minimum of 15+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 7+ years of direct hands-on experience in manufacturing.

  • Proven experience strategizing, leading, and scaling global developer programs in partnership with major technology organizations and manufacturing ISVs, driving ecosystem-wide adoption and long-term developer engagement.

  • Experience across NVIDIA’s AI and accelerated computing stack—including CUDA-X libraries, TensorRT, Triton, NeMo/NIM, RAPIDS—enabling developers to build and scale manufacturing workloads such as vision inspection, robotics automation, simulation, and predictive maintenance on the NVIDIA platform

  • Extensive experience driving strategic technical collaborations with engineering and product teams—spanning architectural design, in‑depth code and design reviews, technical mentorship, and the delivery of high‑impact technical talks or workshops.

  • Proven track record to design and lead sophisticated, multi‑stakeholder technical engagements—strategically negotiating requirements, resolving multi-functional priorities, and driving alignment across internal and external teams including engineering, product, sales, legal, and marketing.

  • Adept at articulating sophisticated technical concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to executives, with end‑to‑end expertise in architecting, integrating, and co‑commercializing solutions in partnership with strategic ISVs to drive ecosystem adoption and business impact.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Extensive hands-on experience architecting and optimizing complex, vertical‑specific solutions that advance performance, scalability, and industry guidelines.

  • Deep technical expertise with advanced AI and GPU-accelerated frameworks —including CUDA-X libraries, TensorRT, Triton, NeMo/NIM, RAPIDS, DeepStream, Isaac robotics platforms, Omniverse digital twins, and Jetson edge AI and integrating them into commercial-grade platforms.

  • Distinguished track record in architecting and delivering systems for real-time processing and ultra‑low‑latency decision‑making at scale.

  • Demonstrated history of defining technical vision and launching new developer ecosystems around accelerated computing or industry verticals.
