Location: Singapore
- Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services
- Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles
- Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development
- Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption
Requirement:
- Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
- Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills — able to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
