We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical leader to help NVIDIA's GPU software team advance its software development lifecycle processes. In this role, you will be supervising the branch health, improving the build infrastructure and coordinating with cross-organizational teams for the GPU & Data Center diagnostics Software teams which delivers key pieces of software essential to NVIDIA's new hardware bring-up & validation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Propose, develop, maintain and report on a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor branch health

  • Collaborate with Release Planning and Core Infrastructure teams on branching strategies

  • Streamline workflows between the diagnostics software and its partner teams

  • Take short-term actions as required to ensure business needs can be met and quality metrics achieved around release timelines

  • Take long-term actions such as evolving the CI/CD architecture to solve for systemic issues and keep up with industry standards in this area

  • Coalesce and prioritize requests to test automation, infrastructure and QA teams

  • Optimize build times, processes and workflows

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in DevOps or equivalent roles responsible for build and integration flows

  • Strong background with Gitlab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions and/or other CI/CD systems & Artifactory

  • Ability to self-manage, show leadership, and have good interpersonal skills

  • Very strong problem solving and debugging skills

  • Experienced in owning the delivery of large projects

  • Demonstrated ability at bridging multiple team needs and project demands

  • Previous experience of working on a large system software code base is preferable

  • Experience with challenges particular to embedded systems and software a plus

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
