Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google (including YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Build ad creative, manage placements and conversion tracking, improve Google Ads quality scores, ensure policy compliance, collaborate with creative teams, analyze performance with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and report results to management to meet performance targets.

Creating, managing, and optimizing Google PPC campaigns (including YouTube) to market My Amazon Guy’s services and digital products. This role will require experience advertising on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling and visually appealing ad content, including text, images, videos, and other media, tailored to each platform’s ad format.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to ensure they meet performance objectives.
- Define and target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors on Facebook and Instagram, as well as on YouTube, to reach the right audience.
- Choose optimal ad placements on these platforms, such as the Google Display Network, YouTube video ads, and Facebook/Instagram feeds and stories.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns, including tracking online sales, lead generation, or other desired actions.
- Improve ad quality scores on Google Ads by ensuring ad relevance, landing page quality, and expected click-through rates.
- Ensure ad content complies with platform policies and industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to the advertising platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content is visually engaging and aligns with the brand’s messaging.
- Hit performance metrics agreed upon.
- Consistently communicate results, issues, and ideas with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on Google Tag Management and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
- A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
