What are you bottom-line responsible for? Growing your mastery over all aspects of digital (direct response & persuasion) advertising and managing your accounts with a moderate degree of support.

What outcomes are expected of you?

  • Master digital advertising strategy (both DR & persuasion).
  • Lead multiple statewide and/or national advertising campaigns, partnering with other teams and colleagues to drive results and with moderate support from manager and email team colleagues.
  • Master core ad platforms/vendors & begin experimentation with new platforms, tactics, and strategies.
  • Manage all elements of an account with a moderate degree of support, and own key aspects of medium and/or large accounts, including projections and media planning, content creation, ad testing, trafficking, optimizing, reporting, list rental/other acquisition buys, CRM management, client communication and cost tracking.

What do I need from my manager/team to succeed:

  • Opportunities to lead in all aspects of a digital ad campaign
  • Regular gut checks/support on strategy, especially to ensure strategist is not missing any opportunities for scale. 
  • Regular QAs of writing, trafficking and optimizations, and reporting
  • Clear and consistent feedback
  • Coaching on client management/communication


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Facebook, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and/or Twitter advertising
  • Experience working with Facebook Ads and Business Manager
  • Experience working on a political campaign, at a political organization, or within a firm that works with one of those two
  • Experience talking campaign or organizational leaders through the results of direct response marketing campaigns
  • Experience using constituent relationship management software such as Blue State Digital, NGP, ActionKit, Salesforce or other platforms
  • Experience in report template design, data visualization, and presentation design a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail and metric-driven analytical thinking


Salary and Benefits

Aisle 518 is committed to providing a strong benefits package for employees. Below, you will find information on the starting salary for this role as well as select benefits in our current benefits package.

  • Salary: $62,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience) 
  • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision plans

  • Gym reimbursement allowance
  • 401K with up to 5% matching
