Job Overview:

The Digital Exceptions Specialist identifies and resolves digital work that falls outside standard processing. This role focuses on catching issues early, unblocking stalled work, and returning items to normal flow before they impact customers or SLAs. You’ll gain broad visibility into how digital fulfillment operates and where systems and processes break down. 

Key Responsibilities: Detect, triage, and resolve digital work that falls out of standard processing. This role focuses on preventing silent stalls by identifying exceptions early, taking clear corrective action, and returning work to the normal processing flow as quickly as possible.

  • Monitor alerts, queues, and aging work to identify stalled or at-risk items
  • Flag potential SLA risks early and escalate per defined thresholds
  • Maintain accurate visibility into exception status and backlog health
  • Categorize exceptions using defined taxonomies and workflows
  • Execute prescribed resolution steps, including internal fixes, resubmissions, and follow-ups
  • Partner with upstream or downstream teams to unblock work when required

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital operations, workflow processing, or exception handling environments
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in queue-based systems
  • Ability to follow structured processes while exercising sound judgment
  • Clear written communication for documentation and cross-team coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ticketing, alerting, or workflow management tools
  • Experience working in SLA-driven or high-volume operational environments

Pay Range: $15-$17/hour

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
