Job Description:

This is an important role for the company and we are currently seeking the right candidate who will bring value to our team and our customers by creating a digital presence while also organizing and managing our growing content portfolio. This role will help expand our digital presence online via social channels and website expansion along with maintaining optimal UI/UX of our INSITE Portal. In addition, this person will help manage our content of Computer Based Trainings, as well as our growing online compliance library with thousands of policies and tools for employers, along with developing case studies and marketing collateral for the ESM’s sales team. The right candidate is a marketing/content developing superstar who has exceptional organizational skills.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing cloud (must have experience)
  • Set digital marketing goals and corresponding strategies using all necessary tools (e.g., website, emails, newsletters, social media and blogs).
  • Establish and amplify ESM’s online brand presence. Make us famous!
  • Promote content through various channels and monitor performance.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and increase lead generation.
  • Manage semi-monthly newsletter blasts via SquareSpace newsletter platform.
  • Keep customers and our network updated on the latest technology features and products.
  • Writing, editing, and publishing content across various channels (SquareSpace website, blog, social media, etc.).
  • Developing and implementing content strategies, creating editorial calendars, and identifying content opportunities.
  • Update/develop marketing and sales collateral our growing technology tools.
  • Support sales team with case studies and other marketing collateral.
  • Identify and coordinate speaking engagements, conferences, networking opportunities, etc.

Content Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with developing new content, including Computer Base Trainings (via Synthesia), case studies, website content and more.
  • Organize and help map ESM’s compliance library within our SaaS portal (INSITE) to align with our AI Agent (i.e., policies, checklists, forms, trainings, etc. by industry type).
  • Oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and overall management of content across various platforms.
  • Review computer-based training content for formatting and content accuracy.
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 8 years’ proven work experience as a digital marketing and/or content management.
  • Tenacity and grit to build brand presence.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and design skills.
  • Strong experience with SquareSpace and web design.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Synthesia (AI content platform) and developing Computer Based Trainings via PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop and implement content strategies.
  • Experience with social media and creating newsletter campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule, Hours & Location:

  • Monday - Friday 
  • 8:30 am – 5:00 pm 
  • Carlsbad/San Diego County, California
  • Currently a remote position with quarterly in-person strategy meetings in Carlsbad.
