Job DescriptionWorking with Lux’s digital marketing team and with our founders to drive awareness for Lux
Managing tasks on social media, affiliation, and media buying
Researching customer insight and competitors analysis
Supporting day-to-day social media advertising, affiliation, and data analysis tasks
Reporting on performance of the ads portfolio and executing optimizations that maximize returns on advertising spend
Be responsible for a subset of campaigns, owning the growth and performance of the traffic and the potential upside of your portfolio
Refining campaign structure through categorizing and organizing ads portfolios and by using retail inventory and merchandising information
QualificationsYou are adaptable - as a startup, things change at any given moment.
You are passionate about marketing and tech.
Positive attitude - You take the initiative, hustle, and do whatever it takes to get things done.
Outstanding written, verbal, and communication skills.
No marketing experience needed.
