At Little Pixies Studios, we don’t just hire for open roles. We hire for impact. If you’re exceptional at what you do and align with our core values: Competitive Greatness, Sincere Candour, and Unimpeachable Character, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a content-savvy, strategy-driven creative to grow the brand and drive conversions with short-form content across Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll be responsible for everything end-to-end: editing videos, analysing performance, and most importantly, making content that grows fast.

If you are a short-form content rockstar, know how to spot trends before they peak, and can turn creative instincts into repeatable systems, you’ll thrive here.

Let’s build something magical!

Role:

  • We’re looking for a talented and experienced Content Producer & Strategist to join our creative team.

  • In this role, you’ll own end-to-end short-form content creation for Little Pixies Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages.

  • That includes editing videos, designing graphical posts, driving and analysing performance.

  • You’ll report directly to one of the founders and collaborate closely with the Little Pixies team.

  • This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves making content that actually moves the needle.

Who You Are:

  • You know short-form inside and out

Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. What works, what doesn’t, and how to stay ahead of trends.

  • You’ve done this before

Proven experience growing social accounts and driving results through content creation.

  • You’ve got an eye for design

Strong design skills and attention to detail, especially with graphics.

  • You can edit like a pro

Comfortable using video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and image editing tools like Canva or Photoshop.

  • You think strategically

You’re not just creative, you think in systems. You’re proactively looking at what’s working, and adjust based on what moves the needle.

  • You can juggle multiple projects

You know how to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and still produce great work under pressure.

  • You obsess over details

From captions to graphics, you care about getting it right and catching the little things others miss.

  • You communicate clearly

Whether you’re writing, giving feedback, or sharing a performance update, you’re clear and easy to work with.

  • You’re adaptable

Platforms change fast. You’re curious, flexible, and willing to evolve with them.

  • You’ve got experience

4+ years creating social media content that performs.

  • Bonus: You use AI tools

Familiar with tools like Runway, Google VEO/Flow, Claude/ChatGPT or similar? It’s a plus, not a dealbreaker.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create standout content daily

Produce 2-3 short-form videos and/or graphics a week for Little Pixies social channels.

  • Stay ahead of trends

Keep a close eye on what’s working across platforms and apply those trends in a way that fits Little Pixies voice.

  • Find ways to work smarter

Test and recommend new tools (like AI or automation) that help us move faster without losing quality.

  • Own platform strategy (especially Instagram)

Plan and execute strategies that boost engagement and growth — with a focus on Instagram.

  • Edit high-quality short-form clips

Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short videos made specifically for TikTok and Reels.

  • Design with purpose

Create sharp, on-brand visuals from carousels and infographics to simple text-based posts; especially for Instagram.

  • Track performance + improve

Regularly review what’s working, share quick reports with insights, and recommend tweaks to the content plan.

  • Be our trend translator

Help the team understand emerging content styles, editing approaches, and creative tools.

  • Collaborate often

Join team calls, brainstorm sessions, and analysis reviews. Your voice and ideas matter here.

  • Evolve our formats

Help us refresh and refine content buckets based on what’s trending, what’s performing, and what the brand needs.

  • Manage collabs and cross-posting

Coordinate collaboration posts between influencers, and identify smart collaboration opportunities with other influencers.

  • Keep systems tight

Document your workflows so others can step in when needed, and contribute to building scalable content creation systems.

  • Stay organised

Maintain clean files and SOPs in ClickUp, Jira, and Google Drive so teammates can always find what they need.

  • Keep everyone in the loop

Share updates on timelines, deliverables, and any blockers. No one’s left guessing.

The Results You Bring:

  • Content Runway & Output

Maintain a consistent content runway for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Keep our content buckets dynamic

Maintain a clear mix of content types: educational, inspirational, and trend-based, so we never run dry or go off-brand.

  • Deliver weekly content ideas

Add 15-30 fresh short-form ideas every week into our running doc to keep the team creatively fuelled.

  • Track what works and why

Build simple weekly reports on performance (views, watch time, shares, etc.) and offer insights we can actually use.

  • Make sure we stay on-brand

Ensure every asset feels aligned with the look, tone, and quality of Little Pixies brands.

  • Balance value and virality

Help us combine meaningful messages with attention-grabbing trends, humour, or memes without losing substance.

  • Respect the calendar

Help the team meet all posting deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks.
