Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution, and has a strong track record of scaling campaigns, generating leads, and improving ROI.

You will be responsible for managing paid media, optimizing funnels, and leading cross-channel marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Oversee SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic and inbound leads
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Track and report on key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team is a plus
