We are seeking a data-driven, conversion-focused Digital Marketing Manager to execute integrated, omnichannel marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue across our healthcare continuing education brands.
This role blends CRO, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign execution, supporting licensed healthcare audiences across multiple states and disciplines.

What You Will Do
- Lead and support B2C website conversion rate optimization efforts across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, email funnels, and customer journeys
- Plan and execute A/B tests focused on improving conversion, reducing friction, and increasing revenue
- Use tools such as heatmaps, analytics platforms, testing tools, and customer behavior insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze test results and translate findings into clear recommendations for web, UX, product, brand, and content partners
- Build and maintain structured experimentation roadmaps in a test-and-learn environment
- Develop, launch, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals across multiple states, professions, licensure requirements, and CE renewal cycles
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, testing plans, and cross functional execution across email, web, social, content, and ecommerce channels
- Partner with content, design, web, product, CRO, and email teams to deliver cohesive campaigns aligned with business goals
- Ensure campaigns are timely, accurate, brand aligned, and optimized for engagement and conversion
- Manage HubSpot workflows, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, forms, lists, nurture campaigns, and automation assets
- Execute and optimize promotional campaigns, renewal reminders, nurture journeys, and other conversion focused email sequences
- Partner with marketing coordinators on campaign builds, QA, deployment, and reporting
- Maintain strong database hygiene and reporting practices aligned with Colibri’s email and CRM standards Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign, website, email, and ecommerce performance using tools such as GA4, HubSpot analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and internal dashboards
- Identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion, channel efficiency, and ROI
- Share actionable insights with stakeholders and make data-backed recommendations
- Support ecommerce growth initiatives across healthcare brands
- Optimize product pages, checkout flows, merchandising elements, and digital customer journeys to reduce drop off and improve conversion
- Connect insights across web, email, social, and campaign performance to improve the full customer journey
- Support social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement, content amplification, and funnel progression
- Collaborate with content strategy teams on campaigns such as course spotlights, licensure reminders, editorial content, and lead magnets
- Use AI thoughtfully as a tool to help generate and optimize social content and campaign assets while ensuring brand consistency
- Coordinate physical marketing touchpoints with digital follow-up journeys, such as book drops followed by email workflows, retargeting, or social campaigns
- Partner with design, print, and digital teams to ensure physical and digital campaigns are aligned

What You Will Bring
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2C, ecommerce, online education, subscription, healthcare education, or consumer-facing environment
- Strong hands-on experience with B2C website CRO, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, funnel/customer journey optimization, and measurable conversion results
- Hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, segmentation, forms, email campaigns, nurture journeys, reporting, and automation
- Strong email marketing experience, with an understanding of lifecycle, promotional, nurture, and renewal campaigns
- Solid analytics skills, using tools such as GA4, HubSpot analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar dashboards
