Nedap Livestock is the global leader in dairy cow monitoring solutions, delivering innovative technologies that enable farmers to make more informed, data-driven decisions. Building on our established portfolio of wearable solutions, we have expanded into advanced computer vision technologies, with the United States serving as the initial launch market for this new product category.

To support this growth and further strengthen our brand presence across North America, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of integrated digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on content development and campaign delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

If you are a digital wiz and enjoy autonomy to create and tweak agriculture content with a techy flair, then this is you!

What you’ll do:

  • Create & Optimize Digital Content: Produce high-quality content aligned with brand standards across e-mail, website, social media, and other digital platforms, while designing and producing print and digital content pieces with local market tone and flare.
  • Manage Social Presence & Community Engagement: Administer local social media channel placements and drive ongoing community building efforts to strengthen local market presence.
  • Drive Paid Media & Lead Generation: Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and performance marketing tools, while leveraging Hubspot tools for lead generation and follow-up targeting.
  • Measure & Improve Marketing Performance: Track and report performance analytics on digital tactics, applying data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay Current on Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing and digital trends to ensure strategies remain competitive and relevant.

You may also be expected to perform additional duties and responsibilities from time to time within the Nedap US Livestock team as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Technical Aptitude: Hubspot experience a plus, demonstrating comfort learning and leveraging marketing technology platforms to support campaign execution.
  • Self-Driven Execution: Highly motivated self-starter eager to implement digital marketing skills daily, with the majority of work done independently — bringing a "go figure it out" mentality to drive results with minimal oversight.
  • Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Open-minded team player capable of working effectively with local and international colleagues, fostering collaboration across diverse teams to drive shared success.

What you’ll bring:

  • Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree with a focus in Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business, plus at least 3 years of relevant work experience (or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree focus).
  • Strong understanding of agriculture industry and the heart of the farmer.
  • Requirements: Ability to work remote, geographical location around the midwestern U.S. preferred. Occasional domestic and international travel (<10%) may be required. Candidates must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be eligible for U.S. employment.

Prolonged Desk Work: Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, requiring good posture and ergonomic practices. Lifting requirements: must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing 15-30 pounds.

Nedap Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
