Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level, B2B)

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Role Type: Full-Time Contractor

Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month (based on experience)

Language Requirement: Advanced - Fluent English
Trial Period: 3 Months

Why Join Us?

At Ruvixx, we are building a smarter digital engine. We move beyond standard marketing to blend high-impact, content-led demand generation, rapidly optimized paid media, and high-performing web experiences. We are a team that values data, strategic experimentation, and clear, measurable results. If you are driven by performance and love turning complex data into a winning strategy, you will thrive here.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Digital pod. In this critical role, you will own the architecture and management of our entire digital growth engine—spanning web, paid search/social (Google/LinkedIn), content syndication, and lead capture.

You will be responsible for setting the strategy, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of rapid experimentation to drive measurable pipeline impact.

What You Will Own

  • Lead and manage the Digital pod, setting priorities, maintaining quality, and driving performance.
  • Build and optimize a comprehensive measurement framework using GA4, GTM (client and server-side), and Looker Studio.
  • Oversee all B2B paid media operations, including Google Ads (keyword strategy, budget pacing) and LinkedIn Ads (advanced targeting, creative testing).
  • Drive our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience analysis (using tools like Wix/WordPress, heatmaps).
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimize lead flow, scoring, and nurtures within Marketo/Salesforce.
  • Develop and present data-backed digital strategies for internal and client stakeholders, complete with hypotheses, budgets, and impact forecasts.

Core Requirements

  • Performance & Attribution Expert: You are highly confident in GA4 (events, explorations), GTM, and Looker Studio. You understand attribution modeling and B2B funnel analysis.
  • Paid Media Strategist: You have hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences.
  • Web & CRO Advocate: You have a strong grasp of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX principles.
  • B2B Tech Marketer: You have a working knowledge of B2B SEO principles and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Salesforce).
  • A Data Storyteller: You can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and leadership.
  • A Natural Leader: You set high standards for execution and can align cross-functional teams (Sales, MOPS, CS).
  • AI-Literate: You practically use AI for briefs, QA, and content repurposing.

The First 90 Days: A Path to Impact

This role includes a 90-day (3-month) introductory and evaluation period focused on clear deliverables:

  • By 30 Days: Complete a full audit of digital channels, tracking, and lead flows. Deliver a comprehensive measurement plan and address critical leaks.
  • By 60 Days: Launch 6-8 new experiments across paid media and web; build out core performance dashboards and demonstrate initial lift.
  • By 90 Days: Deliver a documented Digital Playbook for Ruvixx, outlining proven, scalable programs ready for clients.

How to Apply

Ruvixx is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all. If you are passionate about building data-driven growth engines and meet the criteria above, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every single box.
