Audiense is the audience intelligence platform trusted by global brands, agencies, and publishers to help them understand, segment, and activate their audiences. Our technology enables marketers to connect the dots between social data, cultural signals, and customer behavior — turning insight into marketing action.

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team in the demand generation task force. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who’s eager to take ownership of key marketing initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and help fuel demand and engagement across every stage of the customer journey.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll own and manage key components of Audiense’s digital marketing execution — from organic social and lifecycle marketing to content activation and campaign insights. You’ll work closely with our demand, content, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life, nurture leads, and continuously optimize performance across channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Strategy

  • Develop and manage Audiense’s organic social media strategy, content calendar, and publishing across LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
  • Write, schedule, and analyze posts to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.
  • Collaborate with design to create compelling visuals, short videos, and motion graphics.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to inform ongoing social strategy.

Lifecycle Marketing & Email Nurture

  • Execute email marketing campaigns within Hubspot across the customer lifecycle — from lead engagement and nurture sequences to activation and retention campaigns.
  • Work with marketing ops to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and optimize delivery for performance.
  • Collaborate with content to write engaging emails that provide thought leadership, valuable content, and convert leads through the funnel.
  • Analyze engagement data and A/B test content, design, and cadence to improve results.
  • Build and send email promotions, event invites, product updates, and re-engagement campaigns.

Campaign Analytics & Collaboration

  • Partner with operations to monitor campaign performance and share insights across the team.
  • Identify key learnings from campaign metrics to improve engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Support quarterly marketing reviews with data-driven insights and campaign recommendations.

Content & Blog Management

  • Upload and format blog content in WordPress, collaborating with content writers and designers.
  • Ensure every post follows SEO best practices and includes clear CTAs.
  • Repurpose blogs into social, email, or paid campaign assets for extended reach.

Landing Pages & Web Projects

  • Work cross-functionally with the website and content teams to create high-performing landing pages for campaigns, ebooks, and webinars.
  • Ensure pages are on-brand, optimized for conversion, and consistent with UX best practices.
  • Measure and report on landing page performance and conversion metrics.

Additional Support Areas

  • Assist with webinar promotion, event campaigns, and lead-nurture workflows.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams on campaign creative and asset production.
  • Maintain marketing processes, asset libraries, and content calendars to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging channels.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Martech, or data-driven marketing.
  • Proven success managing organic social media and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail across multiple content types.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data to improve marketing results.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Why You’ll Love Working at Audiense

  • Opportunity to shape the future of audience intelligence and marketing data.
  • Collaborative global team that values innovation, autonomy, and creativity.
  • Competitive compensation, healthcare benefits, 401(k), and generous PTO.
  • Flexible, remote-first culture with a commitment to work-life balance.
