Team Venti is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) with a strong foundation in brand and digital marketing who’s eager to grow, experiment, and make an impact in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

If you have 3+ years of experience, enjoy working cross-functionally, and love turning ideas into campaigns that actually move the needle, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to maintain consistency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and e-commerce opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to drive brand growth.
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
  • Lead internal brand communication and training to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Drive innovation in brand campaigns and identify opportunities for brand expansion.

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced English Level
  • 3+ years of professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce or related roles
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, AI Platforms and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B, IT, or e-commerce environments, with a focus on driving online brand growth.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing.
  • Experience working with international markets and multicultural branding.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and methodologies.
