We’re looking for a Digital Performance Lead to take ownership of our paid search ecosystem and drive measurable impact across the business.
The Role You Could Play:
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the end-to-end search strategy across a significant media budget, working closely with our agency and key partners like Google.
You’ll using data, insights and innovation to drive growth and incrementality, while playing a key role in helping the business navigate the evolving search landscape.
You’ll also act as a connector across teams, contributing to broader digital transformation initiatives across measurement, attribution and media effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Own and lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, AIMAX)
Drive performance through ongoing testing and innovation, maximising ROI and revenue outcomes
Analyse weekly and monthly performance, delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Partner closely with Google and our media agency to unlock new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
Manage product feed with digital and oversee feed optimisation across platforms to enhance campaign performance
Lead digital and media projects, including attribution, offline conversion tracking and measurement improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, SEO, Content, Creative and Category teams to drive integrated outcomes
Manage and track a significant media budget with precision and accountability
What You Will Bring:
The successful candidates may currently be operating in a Senior Performance / Search Manager role (in-house, retail or eCommerce), Senior Account Manager / Media Implementation Manager / Activation Lead in a media agency or are you a Paid Search specialist ready to step into a more strategic, ownership role?
4+ years in digital performance marketing with strong Google Ads and GA4 experience
Proven ability to scale paid search campaigns and deliver measurable results
Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
Confidence managing large budgets and performance targets
Bonus: experience with product feeds, GTM or paid social platforms
