About this Position

Most companies are adding AI to the way they already work. That produces small gains and a lot of disappointment. This role takes the harder path. It reimagines how the work gets done in the first place.

You are responsible for making Net at Work an AI native company. Every business unit, every shared service department. You lead the enablement, redesign the workflows, deploy the virtual workers, and deliver the operating leverage that follows.

This is an operating role that uses technology, not a technology role that touches operations. You are measured in capacity created, cycle time reduced, quality improved, and margin gained. Not in tools deployed.

Job Responsibilities

  • What work looks like here in three years, and the plan to get there.
  • Redesign of core workflows around what AI makes possible, not automation of the steps that already exist
  • A digital workforce of virtual workers carrying real responsibility, with real oversight.
  • AI capability across the company. Role specific training, champions in every function, and adoption measured in actual use
  • A measurable operating leverage target, with baselines and results validated by Finance.
  • The internal tool stack, standards, and use case pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • Direct AI implementation experience. AI or automation work you personally led into production inside a real operating environment. This is the one requirement with no substitute.
  • Real depth in applied AI. Large language models, agentic workflows, automation, and integration. Enough to design a solution and to tell a stakeholder when an idea will not work.
  • Ten or more years in operations, transformation, consulting, or technology leadership, including change owned across a whole organization rather than one function.
  • Proven process redesign. Mapping current state, designing something better, and getting it adopted by people who did not ask for it.
  • Measurable operating results that the finance function agreed were real.
  • Strong change management. Influence without authority and the credibility to bring a skeptical department along.
  • Willingness to work at an aggressive pace. We are moving quickly on this and the schedule reflects it.

Helpful but not required: professional services or consulting background, ERP or CRM implementation experience, familiarity with EOS, or time inside a private equity backed company.

Customer Requirements

This job may require access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.  As a result, this job may require customer approval for such access as an essential job function.

Core Competencies

  • Client Champion – Relentlessly exceed client expectations. Consistently anticipate needs to deliver valuable solutions and extraordinary outcomes.
  • Problem Solver – Smart, analytical, inquisitive, knowledge-seeker that thrives on a challenge.
  • Promise Keeper – Place high value on keeping our word and doing the right thing. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and commitment.
  • Collaborative Integrator –Team player, unifier, relationship-oriented, win-win seeker, exemplify the concept of relationships through trust and unity.
  • Driven Intrapreneur – Exceed goals using independent creative thinking, optimism, self-confidence, and a can-do attitude.
  • Inspiring Coach – Help employees, clients and partners using knowledge, expertise, experience, and situational fluency.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
