We are looking for a Director, AI Transformation to join our growing AI consulting practice. AI Engagement Managers are forward-deployed, hands-on consultants who work with our AI technology partners to deliver consultative services that maximize value realization from Generative AI investments. Embedded within our enterprise clients, they drive seamless execution of AI transformation initiatives, ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes through workflow automation and content supply chain innovation.

Working directly with forward-deployed engineers and client teams, AI Engagement Managers own tactical delivery coordination—from scrum ceremonies and documentation to enablement rollouts and adoption support. Their expertise in agile methodologies, content operations, and AI-enabled workflows ensure our technology partnerships deliver exceptional client value and accelerate Code and Theory's leadership in applied AI transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Anticipate the evolution of the GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain; design and prototype innovative workflows that leverage AI agents and automated orchestration to solve for scale where human-only resources cannot
  • Move beyond technical implementation to own product and business outcomes, anchoring all engagements in a value-realization framework with clear, accountable KPIs and ROI narratives for C-suite stakeholders
  • Partner with executive-level creative operations and brand leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration, re-architecting end-to-end workflows from ideation to automated distribution
  • Lead an "AI-first" experimentation mindset, spinning up minimum-viable proofs of concept (POCs) in days and iterating rapidly to prove the "art of the possible" to enterprise clients
  • Lead high-performing "Engagement Pods"—comprised of AI engineers, architects, and strategists—to deliver complex digital transformations within an Agile framework
  • Design and facilitate strategic workshops and enablement programs that drive organizational change, ensuring high adoption rates of Generative AI solutions across global enterprise teams
  • Design scalable frameworks that integrate Adobe’s GenAI technologies (Firefly Services, GenStudio) and third-party models into existing client technology ecosystems (DAM, CMS, Workfront)
  • Oversee the "last mile" of implementation, ensuring AI models and APIs are translated into usable, integrated systems that meet rigorous brand compliance and quality standards
  • Manage the operational health of accounts, utilizing tools like Jira and Workfront to maintain a transparent use-case backlog, risk mitigation strategies, and sprint adherence
  • Synthesize technical milestones and adoption metrics into executive-level dashboards and narratives that maintain momentum for long-term GenAI transformation efforts
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Significant experience in business consulting, digital strategy, or agile software development, with a proven track record of applying AI and automation to complex enterprise workflows (Content Supply Chain, Marketing Ops) tied to measurable KPIs
  • Deep expertise in the Adobe ecosystem (Creative Cloud, Firefly Services, GenStudio) and modern marketing technologies (DAM, CMS, CDP), with a focus on workflow automation, orchestration, and "vibecoding"
  • A hands-on builder’s mindset with a portfolio demonstrating rapid prototyping, experimentation, or node-based workflow building (e.g., n8n, Comfy, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Claude Code)
  • Exceptional change leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive consensus among diverse enterprise teams and implementation partners
  • Commanding knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and collaborative tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence)
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US (10–20%)
