Qualifications

What we are looking for: 

You have been selling SaaS with another company and are looking for something different. Maybe you want more autonomy or maybe you are looking for something a bit more exciting. You love the hunt! You enjoy connecting with new people and the prospect of bringing innovation to their business excites you. You love owning a region and building your business the way you like. You believe that working with great people matters and can have a big impact on your well-being. 

Your responsibilities:

You'll sell the Worthix platform to clients across industries in your region. Your key focus is on B2B: Financial, Retail, Insurance, Automotive, Banking, Airlines, Telecom and Hospitality.

You'll engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle including prospecting, product demonstrations, on-site presentations throughout closing. 

You'll keep sales CRM software updated (HubSpot) with your activity in your region. 

Required experience:

You must possess a "Hunter" mentality. Additionally, you will have:

* A minimum of 10 years of selling SaaS products to Fortune companies

* At least 5 years of experience using CRM applications (HubSpot/Salesforce)

* Experience utilizing sales-generating software i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator  

* Experience selling CX/Satisfaction/NPS programs to B2B stakeholders

* A minimum of 5 years B2B sales (within the aforementioned industries)

* Technical Research skills are a plus

  

Preferred experience: 

* Proven research skills

* Experience working within a "start-up" company

* Bilingual (English & Spanish)

You have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals

You have several years of sales experience in SaaS and/or Market Research including Loyalty Programs.

You possess excellent presentation skills

Sales and hunting are part of your DNA
