Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through the deployment of digital screens in high-traffic office, multifamily, and retail environments. Our platform delivers content-rich experiences and targeted advertising directly to building occupants and visitors — starting in elevators, lobbies, and shopping center concourses. Backed by an experienced leadership team and aggressive growth targets, we are scaling across key U.S. markets with a focus on speed, precision, and long-term value for our partners.
We are seeking a Director, Business Development with deep, established relationships inside top commercial real estate property groups. This is not a cold-calling role — we are looking for someone who already has direct, trusted connections with asset managers, portfolio directors, and property leadership at major owners and operators across the office and multifamily sectors. You will leverage your existing CRE network to open doors, accelerate deal cycles, and close multi-site partnerships across key U.S. markets.
We partner directly with leading property owners to modernize buildings, elevate tenant experience, and unlock new revenue opportunities through digital media. At Life Space Digital, we combine high design with smart technology to redefine what people expect from everyday spaces.
Your Focus in the Sales Funnel:
Drive outbound prospecting and relationship-building with new accounts
Execute high-volume outreach and convert leads into qualified opportunities
Navigate complex sales cycles and close multi-site partnerships
What you'll get to do in this role:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets
Leverage your existing network within top commercial real estate property groups, including national office owners and operators such as Brookfield Properties, CBRE Investment Management, Hines, Boston Properties, Equity Commonwealth, Arden Realty, Paramount Group, and RXR Realty, as well as leading multifamily owners and operators such as Greystar, AvalonBay Communities, Equity Residential, Related Companies, Cushman & Wakefield, and Lincoln Property Company in order to accelerate deal cycles and drive partnership growth
Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics and deal velocity
Close long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling and value demonstration
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve sales processes
Provide market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
Who you are:
7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience with a focus on commercial real estate — specifically selling into or working directly within major office, multifamily, or mixed-use property groups at the owner/operator level
Proven success in quota attainment through high-activity prospecting and relationship building
A pre-existing, warm network of senior decision-makers at top CRE property groups (you are on a first-name basis with VPs of Asset Management, Regional Portfolio Managers, or C-suite contacts at firms like Greystar, Hines, Brookfield Properties, Related Companies, CBRE Investment Management, AvalonBay, Equity Residential, RXR Realty, or comparable institutional owners and operators)
Proven track record of converting existing CRE relationships into signed, multi-site commercial agreements (you know how to translate a warm introduction into a closed deal)
Executive presence and polished communication skills — you are comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior leadership at major property groups and can credibly speak the language of real estate ownership and portfolio management
Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the opportunity to build something from the ground up
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
