SUMMARY
The Director of Campaign Marketing serves as the primary architect of PAX's go-to-market
campaign strategy — owning the full lifecycle from ideation through execution and
performance analysis. This leader translates brand and business objectives into culturally
resonant, data-driven campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and loyalty across
existing and emerging channels. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead campaign ideation, planning, and execution for new product launches,
seasonal releases, limited-time offers, and brand collaborations — ensuring all
activity is aligned with commercial and partner objectives.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs that define business objectives, target audiences,
    messaging hierarchy, and channel requirements
  • Maintain a rolling 12-month campaign roadmap that helps the organization plan
    and resource effectively
  • Champion big, culturally resonant ideas built for multi-channel extension across
OOH, social, digital, retail, and experiential in support of e-commerce, wholesale,
    and retail channels
  • Own end-to-end execution — coordinating across product, creative, channel,
media, and legal to deliver on time and on budget
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and trafficking across paid, owned, and
    earned channels
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and commercial teams to
    ensure coherence across all touchpoints
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate findings into actionable
    improvements for future cycles
  • Lead and develop a team of campaign marketers, fostering accountability, creative
    rigor, and continuous learning
  • Leverage and grow a network of agency partners across creative, media, and
    influencer disciplines
  • Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive
listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  15+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on campaign
strategy and execution, ideally in a fast-moving consumer brand or agency
    Environment
  • Proven track record of developing and launching integrated campaigns across
digital, social, OOH, and retail channels
  • Strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline — comfortable evaluating
ideas by both cultural resonance and performance potential
  • Deep fluency in paid and owned digital channels, including social, programmatic,
    and content
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • New product launch experience required
  • Passion for and curiosity about the cannabis industry
  • People leadership experience with a track record of developing direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus

COMPENSATION

In addition to the benefits above, the salary for this role is $180,000-$200,000, plus the
opportunity to participate in the company equity and bonus programs. This represents
what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. The final pay will depend on many factors,
