POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

 

Job Summary: 

The Capture Director will lead the pursuit of Tier 1 GardaWorld Federal Services opportunities in our Federal practices, including our Response Logistics, Security, and Medical verticals. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Capture. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Some of your duties may include: 

  • Assign and manage capture activities and teams
  • Lead major pursuits on Federal or State Capture efforts within our Response Logistics, Medical or Security verticals
  • Design and execute opportunity and customer specific call plans 
  • Lead customer and opportunity specific marketing campaigns for important, assigned opportunities
  • Manage B&P Budget for large scale pursuits
  • Design capture plans
  • Present Gate Reviews to Executive Leadership Team
  • Meet with customers and present GWFS capabilities
  • Coordinate the development on CONOPS
  • Develop win themes, discriminators, proof points, and our overall win strategies per opportunity assigned.
  • Lead color team reviews when necessary

Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:

  • 5 Years business development and capture experience successfully pursuing federal customers
  • Experience winning $100M+ contracts with FEMA, DOS, DOD, HHS or relevant agencies
  • Experience leading complex CONOPS/solution planning and development in the security, medical, and response logistics sectors
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently

 

Preferred Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:

  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
  • Proven experience leading large scale capture efforts in medical, response logistics, and security fields (Preferred)
  • Experience winning large scale opportunities with FEMA, DOS, HHS, and DOD (Preferred)

 

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

 

Physical Requirements:

Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
