Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of restaurant’s revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback.
Job Description:
- Oversee the company's overall channel sales strategy and objectives to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic channel partners, such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors.
- Will lead a team, set performance goals, and work to enhance partner performance and alignment with company objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy & planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including co-marketing business plans, and set short- and long-term sales objectives.
- Partner and Reseller management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners.
- Sales & performance: Drive revenue through channel partners, set sales targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and sales initiatives.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Process & systems: Implement and streamline CRM processes and sales automation platforms for channel sales.
- Analysis: Conduct post-program ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness and provide input into the budget.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in building reseller, referral and partner relationships from ground up.
- Experience selling technology to multiple stakeholders, across varying departmental functions.
