 As the Director, Client Partner-Enterprise you will: 
  • Client-Centric: Lead a portfolio of clients with a client-centric approach, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives. Demonstrate strong business acumen by fostering trust with senior client stakeholders through thoughtful communication and delivering measurable value. Proactively identify high-value opportunities to engage with key stakeholders and sell in strategy recommendations, enhancing client satisfaction and retention. Oversee seamless client onboarding and transitions to maximize account potential, introducing innovative strategies and growth opportunities. Equip clients with the knowledge to make informed strategic decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise. Maintain and apply in-depth industry knowledge to enhance client strategies and recommendations. Identify and nurture cross sell opportunities, and participate in new business pitches in collaboration with the Business Development team. 
  • Product-Led: Deeply embed Tinuiti’s product and technology suite in your work and strategy to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and optimize client success. Oversee product-led client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Proactively and collaboratively look for cross sell opportunities across your Clients, and actively support new business pitches to help grow Tinuiti. 
  • Data & Measurement Data-Driven: Utilize your expertise in analyzing data and extracting key insights to provide compelling, strategic recommendations for action. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on ad operations (tracking) requirements, and partner with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed. Leverage expertise in multiple digital marketing platforms to drive client success. 
  • Channel Expertise & the TInuiti Way: Leverage strong retail experience and omnichannel knowledge (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to oversee development of strategic plans, ensuring clear alignment of channel recommendations with clients' business goals. Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends. Implement cutting-edge tactics and technologies to drive innovative ideas and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and bring true value to our clients. 
  • Owner Mindset: Take initiative, embrace meritocracy, and drive accountability at every level to support individual and company success. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve financial targets and objectives, ensuring efficiency with staffing plans and allocations as well as client margin. Proactively and collaboratively look for cross-sell and growth opportunities for your clients, and actively participate in and support new business opportunities. 
  • People Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, owning your team’s strategy. Amplify champions and empower individuals to do their best work and thrive. Provide timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support, ensuring adherence to scorecard tasks, effectively managing client relationships, delivering best-in-class products, fostering team building, and facilitating career growth through clear goal-setting, feedback loops, and educational development. 
Professional Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. 
  • Direct experience supporting Paid Media Strategy for brands with a Retail footprint
  • 4+ years of people management experience. 
  • Advanced degree in related field (e.g. business, marketing, strategy) or equivalent experience.

The hiring salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
