Executive Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Own executive relationships for a select portfolio of high-value and high-potential accounts, serving as the primary strategic partner to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

  • Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, priorities, KPIs, and stakeholder landscape to guide strategic conversations and strengthen the partnership.

  • Lead QBRs, executive business reviews, and key client conversations, and represent AiDigital alongside agency partners in strategic pitches.

  • Navigate executive escalations, complex stakeholder dynamics, and internal client politics while insulating execution teams from political and relational friction.

Strategic Advisory & Value Realization

  • Develop and own strategic account plans focused on long-term retention, relationship depth, and account growth.

  • Identify opportunities to expand AiDigital’s impact by connecting client business needs with our programmatic, media, and technology capabilities.

  • Ensure AiDigital’s work is tied to the business outcomes and KPIs that matter to each client, not just campaign-level performance.

Operational Alignment & Strategic Integration

  • Translate client business priorities into clear direction for Client Service, Strategy, Growth, and Product teams.

  • Ensure continuity from post-sale handoff through onboarding, execution, retention, and growth, keeping the original strategic vision connected to delivery.

  • Maintain executive and strategic ownership while Client Service, Strategy, and Technical Account Management own day-to-day execution, media planning, and platform support.

  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech, including significant experience in senior client-facing roles.

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, media buying, measurement, and omnichannel digital media.

  • Proven experience owning a portfolio of large enterprise or agency accounts, with direct accountability for client retention and account growth.

  • Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business and developing strategic account plans for high-value clients.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success retaining and growing existing accounts, with measurable examples of revenue growth, expanded scope, or increased client investment.

  • Experience leading QBRs, annual planning, executive business reviews, and senior client presentations.

  • Experience working across the full client lifecycle, from post-sale transition and onboarding through retention, expansion, and renewal.

  • Strong cross-functional experience working with Client Service, Strategy, Sales/Growth, and Product teams.
