Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Client Services. The Director will be responsible for leading the successful performance of a portfolio of service contracts with federal government customers. The Director will manage the entire contract lifecycle, from contract award and kickoff, ongoing operations and eventual contract closeout. To be successful, they will need to strategically support onsite contract program managers managing the day-to-day operations by providing the oversight, support and corporate knowledge. The Director may have direct reports of Corporate and/or Onsite Program Managers, Project Managers and Team leads. The Director will focus on the delivery and support in a specific capability area, customer agency or regional area. The Director will also support business development efforts providing technical expertise or customer knowledge in capability briefs, proposal efforts or customer meetings. 

Expected Outcomes: 

  • Become a key member of the corporate operations team and serve as the main resource/PoC for a portfolio of contracts.
  • Develop a corporate knowledge base of policies and procedures and stay up-to-date on any changes impacting the project teams.
  • Manage contract administration over multiple contracts/task orders in coordination with project control and finance team members, ensuring completeness and accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Manage contracts, including but not limited to, overseeing transition in activities, contract modifications, vendor subcontracts, purchase orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee travel authorizations, employee expense reimbursements, and travel/other direct cost (ODC) budgets.
  • Manage employee and partner engagement on multiple contracts.
  • Support team member training, recruiting and hiring, onboarding/offboarding, status changes, reviews, and professional development.
  • Promote SNG to our team members and collect feedback on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop contracting officer representative (COR), customer and other relevant stakeholder relationships on multiple contracts.
  • Coordinate the collaboration of multiple contract leaders in a common customer or capability area along with partner leadership

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the portfolio.

  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Light travel is expected – one to five days per month
