The Director, Contracts owns global contracting standards, governance, and alignment with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global contracting frameworks and policies

• Lead regional Associate Directors

• Align contracting strategy with global sales goals

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance leadership

• Drive global consistency and efficiency

• Track global risk and performance metrics

Experience and Qualifications

• Executive-level written and negotiation oversight

• Strong Excel and data fluency

• Enterprise-level leadership and influence

• 12–15 years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or CRO commercial leadership

• 7+ years of global leadership experience

Salary Band - $180,000 – 210,000 Salary offered will be based on candidates experience level.
