About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director of CRM and Sales Enablement Platforms, responsible for leading the execution of an integrated sales enablement platform ecosystem, Salesforce CRM and the connected tools designed to drive growth, seller productivity and deepened relationships. This leader owns the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization and business delivery of the sales technology toolset.

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to Technology, Marketing, Business Intelligence and Sales Leadership, ensuring field teams have the insights, tools, technology, and resources necessary to maximize productivity and deliver growth. This is a builder's role. The leader will stand up the dedicated function as a core strategic pillar, designing an end-to-end readiness system while managing, mentoring, and developing enablement practitioners.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Technology Product Leadership

  • Define and drive the roadmap for CRM and sales enablement platforms aligned to Prosperity’s integrated ecosystem
  • Establish a disciplined intake and prioritization process that evaluates seller impact, business value, implementation readiness, and delivery management
  • Translate distribution strategy and field feedback into business requirements, business cases, clear prioritization, and defined acceptance criteria
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve field productivity, advisor engagement, and sales effectiveness through integrated insights, training and performance management
  • Prioritize AI and automation opportunities that reduce administrative work and improve seller decision-making while meeting legal, compliance, and information-security requirements

Sales Enablement & Process Effectiveness

  • Standardize how opportunities are initiated, developed, coordinated, and advanced across the sales organization
  • Design and maintain CRM workflows, stages, and discipline that support a consistent, well-managed pipeline
  • Increase user adoption with frictionless experiences for reps who can access, create, and share content, get training, and collaborate with their teams without switching tools
  • Ensure field teams have access to relevant tools, resources, sales materials, and competitive positioning
  • Turn complexity into action, helping sales teams navigate product positioning, customer insights, and market intel through accessible tools, training, and opportunities.

Sales Analytics & Competitive Intelligence Activation

  • Operationalize customer segments, propensity scores, real-time engagement signals, relationship data, competitive intelligence, and product eligibility across seller workflows
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Analytics teams to support forecasting, territory management, and business planning within sales team workflows
  • Partner with Analytics and Competitive intelligence to translate complex data into meaningful insights, surfacing recommendations and opportunities within the integrated sales enablement ecosystem
  • Create a 360-degree view of the metrics that correlate with sales success within a single CRM platform

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build a high-performing product delivery team through coaching, professional development and stakeholder management
  • Establish goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation
  • Promote strong cross-functional relationships and a customer-focused mindset

Enterprise Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Engage directly with wholesalers and sales leadership to understand workflows and needs
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and distribution growth strategies in partnership with Marketing, Product, Operations and IT teams
  • Coordinate communication and change management, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Bridges Marketing, Product, and Sales Training to ensure messaging and playbooks match go-to-market strategies and consistently executed in the field

Operational & Risk Awareness

  • Ensure CRM analytics and enablement activities align with compliance and regulatory requirements, partnering with Legal, Compliance and Operations teams as needed
  • Promote disciplined data governance and reporting practices

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management for CRM or sales enablement platforms
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services, Insurance, or Annuity sectors. Experience with B2B2C distribution channels (wholesalers, independent agents, broker-dealers) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth, high-change environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to travel for business as needed

Technical Skills

  • Highly proficient with CRM systems, sales performance tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Skilled at incorporating AI tools like Claude into your workflow without sacrificing quality of outputs
  • Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, including CRM dashboards and KPI development
  • Demonstrated experience building enablement programs or sales technology capabilities from the ground up

Core Competencies

  • Business Partnership & Influence: Drive alignment and scale by establishing cross functional relationships and fostering organization adoption of enablement capabilities
  • Technology Fluency: Act as the business expert across sales enablement technologies
  • Creativity: Think outside the box, bringing innovative ideas to the table to drive continuous improvement
  • Sales Enablement Excellence: Improves sales productivity through effective tools, training, and resources
  • Strategic Judgement: Define and communicate the why behind the work, connect initiatives to company strategy and ensure teams have clear success criteria

  • The opportunity to join the company at an exciting stage of growth, where colleagues are empowered to build what’s next
  • A competitive variable compensation package $155,000 - $185,000
  • A competitive benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; an HSA and 401(k) company match; paid time off; and employer-paid life and disability insurance
  • Remote/hybrid work arrangement; relocation available to Austin, TX if interested.
