  • Helping lead the team’s adoption of AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, including identifying practical use cases, setting working norms, and ensuring these tools are used with appropriate review, validation, privacy, and quality standards.

  • Working closely with our Modeling Engineer to optimize and improve our infrastructure for model research, development and deployment.

What you have:

  • 2+ years of Data Science management with a team of >3

  • 5+ years of modeling/data science experience overall

  • 2+ years of experience at a consumer product company

  • Deep technical expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in analytics and machine learning tools (dbt, Airflow, Spark, MLflow, etc.)

  • Experience applying predictive modeling to credit risk assessment, churn prediction, loss and revenue forecasting is beneficial.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights for commercial and executive stakeholders

  • A passion for developing talent and building a high-impact culture rooted in accountability, data-driven decisions, and business outcomes

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI-assisted coding and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar, with a strong point of view on how these tools can improve data science productivity, quality, and business impact.
