The Director of Demand Generation will lead the demand generation strategy, focusing on pipeline growth, campaign planning, and performance optimization while managing a high-performing team.

We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our end-to-end demand engine. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth across the full funnel—from awareness and acquisition to conversion and expansion—by blending data-driven strategy with sharp execution.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the broader Marketing team to turn insight into impact, build repeatable programs that scale, and create a measurable, predictable pipeline that fuels company growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves experimentation, and knows how to turn strategy into results.
This role will require up to 25% travel.
As a Director of Demand Gen, you will:
- Own demand generation strategy across channels, including events, partnerships, content syndication, and ABM
- Build and manage a predictable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals
- Partner with Sales to align on ICPs, buying committees, messaging, and pipeline conversion
- Lead campaign planning from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting
- Use data to continuously test, learn, and improve performance across the funnel
- Own funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate value propositions into high-performing campaigns
- Manage and grow a high-performing demand gen team and agency partners
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and attribution models
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table
What you bring:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- 10+ years of experience leading or managing teams
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in a high-growth environment
- Deep experience across events, partnerships, lifecycle, and account-based marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics and dashboards
- Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and execute
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or health IT is a plus
