SimSpace is seeking a Director, Demand Generation & Account-Based Execution (ABX) to lead the company's demand generation strategy and execution. This marketing leadership role is responsible for building pipeline, accelerating revenue growth, and establishing SimSpace as the leader in the emerging AI Proving Grounds category.

Reporting to the CMO, the Director will lead campaign strategy, content, budget, and funnel performance, while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to ensure every campaign ties directly to revenue. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational rigor and has a track record of building scalable demand programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

This is a remote role with occasional travel for team and company events.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Category Leadership

  • Develop and lead the global demand generation strategy, aligning campaigns, content, and channels to SimSpace's growth goals

  • Help define the AI Proving Grounds category and build market awareness through integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and engagement

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into key campaign themes and targeted demand programs

  • Align marketing and sales around campaign priorities, target audiences and revenue goals

Pipeline, Metrics & Sales Alignment

  • Own pipeline contribution targets and demand gen performance across the funnel

  • Forecast and report on pipeline, revenue impact, conversion rates and sales velocity

  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on lead quality, account prioritization, territory strategy, and pipeline goals

  • Use intent signals, audience insights, and experimentation to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency

  • Lead account-based marketing programs for priority accounts in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing

Content & Operations

  • Lead content strategy across the buyer journey, ensuring campaigns are supported by relevant, high performing content, and a consistent brand voice

  • Manage the demand generation budget across paid media, content, events, and agencies

  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships and evaluate performance against business goals


Team & Execution

  • Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team spanning campaign management, content, and digital marketing

  • Leverage AI and automation to reduce friction across the funnel and improve marketing efficiency

  • Partner with Operations to optimize lead flow, website conversions and nurture programs that turn engagement into qualified pipeline

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience across high-growth and enterprise environments.

  • Proven track record of building pipeline and driving measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Experience developing content strategies in partnership with Product Marketing.

  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing and data-driven targeting strategies.

  • Strong partnership with Sales leadership and a history of improving pipeline conversion and lead quality.

  • Experience building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and forecasting pipeline impact.

  • Executive presence with the experience communicating strategy and performance and investment recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Experience with modern demand gen and marketing technology platforms, such as 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
