🤿 Go Deeper

Qualifications include:

  • 10–12 years of experience leading digital and social strategy at an innovative agency and/or fast-growth technology brand (PR agency experience preferred).
  • A successful track record of driving business development — building, selling, and activating high-profile integrated digital programs that grow client scopes and win new prospects.
  • Expertise across enterprise technology, fintech, cloud/infrastructure, health, and/or media/marketing technology. Consumer tech experience is a plus.
  • Experience running successful paid, owned, and earned digital campaigns, with the ability to connect them into cohesive, measurable strategies.
  • Experience managing creator/influencer relationships, negotiating talent contracts, compliance (FTC guidelines), and understanding creator monetization.
  • Proven track record of building brand advocacy programs or managing owned creator communities.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, establish attribution models, and translate social/creator metrics into business impact for executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content workflow or familiarity with enterprise social listening/analytics suites (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an unshakeable ability to navigate high-stakes client dynamics, handle objections, and align conflicting stakeholder groups.
  • Deep PR acumen with the ability to bridge earned, owned, and social.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — a builder, not just a manager — with the vision to grow offerings and the operational rigor to scale them.
  • An empathetic leader who can bring the best out of people, balancing high standards with coaching and mentorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

🧐 Move with Purpose

Day-to-day you will:

  • Shape and scale programs by partnering with senior leadership to set the vision and oversee the evolution of our digital, social, and PR programs.
  • Drive business development and growth as an engine for the Studio, identifying new opportunities with existing clients and hands-on pitching to win new business.
  • Design integrated strategies, leading the conceptualization and direction of cross-channel digital/social and content marketing programs for high-growth tech brands.
  • Serve as a senior counselor and trusted advisor to clients, elevating relationships with senior stakeholders to build trust and deeper engagements.
  • Amplify impact by building scalable campaign models that maximize content across multiple channels to multiply reach and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee paid and performance efforts, providing strategic oversight for paid social to ensure it complements organic and earned activations.
  • Lead measurement and insights, championing data-driven storytelling and analytics to fuel insight-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end strategy for high-profile creator and influencer programs, including frameworks for talent selection, contract negotiation strategies, and strict compliance (FTC) oversight.
  • Be a market leader by staying ahead of industry trends and platform shifts, translating change into actionable frameworks for clients and the agency.
  • Elevate growth and new business by leading digital and content strategy in presentations, showcasing agency capabilities to prospects.
  • Mentor and build talent, coaching, resourcing, and inspiring team members to develop the next generation of digital leaders.
