  • You will ensure the correctness, scalability, and modularity of the platform architecture and implementation, as well as its compliance with regulatory standards and security best practices.

  • You will grow and develop the top-notch team that delivers these capabilities, partnering with senior technical leads and cross functional leaders.

  • You will define, manage, and enforce milestone gates to ensure feature completeness and release quality while balancing business concerns with release deadlines, delivering on-time releases to some of the largest and most demanding enterprise customers.

  • As part of the technical leadership community at Illumio, you will play a critical role in product planning, working closely with senior executives to develop business milestones and resource requirements, influencing our long-term technical and business strategy.

Your Toolkit:
  • Experience with management of 10+ full-time engineers and working globally, with 10+ years in roles of increasing responsibility and technical leadership.

  • Significant experience building and delivering scalable, cloud-native enterprise SaaS products and services. Proven track record of taking enterprise software products from inceptions to customer delivery.

  • Fluency with modern public cloud infrastructure (particularly AWS and Azure), containerization and orchestration technologies, and DevOps tools and best practices.

  • Experience with developing and supporting enterprise software in regulated environments (e.g. PCI, FedRAMP) is highly desired.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for bringing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to product development through behavior, decisions and actions.
