In this role, you will balance high-level technical strategy and mentorship of our engineering team with significant individual contributions to our codebase, establishing the best practices necessary to scale our impact. Based in downtown Santa Cruz just a block from the beach, we are seeking a pragmatic builder with 7+ years of experience—ideally in SaaS for regulated industries—who is aligns with our core values of teamwork, passion, integrity and growth and inspired by our mission to deliver actionable science to advance water resiliency.
