We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Enterprise Accounts to lead growth and deepen relationships across a portfolio of high-profile enterprise clients spanning the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with broadcasters, studios, government agencies, and digital content providers. You will align our media solutions — including cloud-native platforms, MAM and News workflows—with each customer’s evolving operational and business goals. 

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value accounts at the executive level. You are a strategic thinker, a trusted communicator, and a skilled negotiator who can navigate large organizational structures and consistently deliver measurable business impact. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and foster long-term partnerships for Tier 1 media organizations such as Charter, Televisa, TV Azteca, and CBC, aligned with their technology roadmaps and media workflows. 
  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor status with C-level executives and key stakeholders across North America and Latin America to guide strategic direction and influence technology investments. 
  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Own the commercial success of your accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of SaaS platforms, cloud services, and professional services—consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets. 
  • Solution & Delivery Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Product, Customer Success, Support and Professional Services to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to complex media environments (e.g., live news, post-production, OTT). 
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current on media trends such as IP production, cloud migration, content monetization, and AI-driven metadata, and advise customers on how to stay ahead of the curve. 
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver reliable sales forecasts and account health metrics 
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the internal advocate for your clients, providing actionable feedback that informs product development and service enhancements. 

Qualifications:  

  • 8+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience, including 3–5+ years serving the media and entertainment sector. 
  • Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts in a SaaS, cloud, or media technology environment. 
  • Strong familiarity with media workflows, including MAM, NRCS, PAM, metadata, and broadcast/cloud content supply chains. 
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships across a mix of broadcasters, studios, public media, and international agencies. 
  • Fluency in Spanish is required to support key accounts in Latin America and U.S. Spanish-speaking markets. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN selling. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Charter Communications, CBC – Radio Canada, TV Azteca, Televisa, Canal 13 TV, Artear, Telefe, RTVC Colombia, America TV Peru, U.S. Agency for Global Media, NASA, CBS, and United Nations, among others.
