Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for transformation, governance, and measurable business impact? We are seeking a Director, Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize finance processes, systems, and operating models. In this senior leadership role, you will partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions that support growth, efficiency, and a more data-driven Finance function.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance leadership to define, prioritize, and execute the finance transformation roadmap across the organization.
  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including project planning, timelines, deliverables, governance structures, reporting cadence, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across core finance processes, including FP&A, accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance alignment.
  • Advise on future-state operating models, process redesign, automation opportunities, systems enablement, and scalable solution design.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Commercial, and global business teams to drive alignment, adoption, and value realization.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and implementation readiness.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional credential preferred.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance, finance transformation, business transformation, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, controls, reporting, and operational best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and program delivery skills.
