Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our Health Solutions growth, we’re looking to add a Global Account Manager located in North America.

This Director of Global Account Manager – Health Solutions role will report to a VP of Global Account Management and will develop and manage the growth relationship of one of our largest, multi-national med-tech partners and potentially additional, focused engagements.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Strategic - Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial; relationship management and shaping propositions to meet client requirements.
  • Commercial – Review business metrics (delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, financials), manage internal and external financial elements amid shifting economic challenges. 
  • Forecasting, reducing inventory; financial metrics to evaluate and assess financial performance.
  • Work closely with global project teams to ensure alignment to goals.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:  

  • A completed degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field of study.
  • 10+ years experience managing highly visible accounts
  • Ability to craft and articulate the compelling Health Solutions value proposition with existing and business expansion opportunities and financial fluency for commercial negotiations for group profitability metrics. 
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization encompassing internal stake holders, key company deliverables and building robust service delivery teams are important for success.
  • Relevant work experience as a sales professional in the healthcare- focused electronic manufacturing services industry with focus on business-to-business and large/strategic customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within North America with periodic global travel.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)$156,700.00 USD - $215,400.00 USD Annual
