How we work

We are builders aspiring to master our crafts. We care deeply about our teammates and want to win, together. We embrace the following values:

  • Accelerate impact

  • Raise the bar

  • Make our users heroes

  • Clear is kind

  • Rapid learning machine

  • One team one dream

About the Role

As Director of GTM Operations at Scribe, you’ll architect and lead the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine — from systems and execution to analytics and strategy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive operational excellence, enable growth, and ensure we’re making decisions based on data and aligned priorities. You’ll own the executional engine — systems, tooling, process, and forecasting — while partnering on planning and broader investment decisions.. This is a leadership role where you'll balance day-to-day execution with long-term design as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Own and optimize GTM processes and systems architecture across Sales, CS, and Marketing — deeply understanding, integrating, and evolving CRM, lead routing, sales engagement, and data infrastructure.

  • Design and optimize workflows across the full order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycle, including quote creation, approvals, provisioning, billing integrations, and revenue recognition.

  • Define and enforce operational excellence through pipeline management, revenue attribution, process adoption, data quality, and recurring business cadences.

  • Drive revenue insights, forecasting, and performance visibility through robust reporting, analytics, dashboards, enrichment strategies, and KPI frameworks — improving forecast accuracy, funnel health visibility, and surfacing performance drivers that lead to positive business outcomes.

  • Assist in annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles and own operational priorities across new business, expansion, and retention — ensuring efficient resource allocation and scalable, predictable growth (e.g., headcount planning, quota setting, territory design).

  • Partner with executive leadership and GTM teams to drive cross-functional initiatives, accountability, and align strategy and execution.

  • Build and scale a high-performing RevOps team as a trusted advisor.

You could be a great fit if

You are a builder at heart and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You move seamlessly between strategy and execution. Whether you're designing scalable processes, diving into systems, or pulling insights from data to drive better decisions, you’re fluent in GTM systems, process, and strategy.

You bring clarity where there’s ambiguity and translate insight into action. You care deeply about operational scale, and see Revenue Operations not as a supporting function, but as a force multiplier for growth.

If you’re excited to roll up your sleeves, build for scale, and influence how a company grows, this role is for you.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or a related GTM role in a B2B SaaS company, including experience scaling $100M+

  • Strong technical chops across Salesforce and related tools (Clari, CPQ, ETL, etc.)

  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver cross-functional impact

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills — you turn data into clarity and drive results with influence

  • SQL is a plus
