We are looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead the strategy, development and execution of our top-of-funnel multi-channel marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing team owns the demand creation for our products – driving leads through thoughtful account-based marketing strategies and content across channels (in-person events, webinars, email, and web). The team partners with our Product Marketing and Corporate Communication teams to develop narratives to stand out from the competition and gain traction in a crowded marketplace. Growth Marketing also runs a small team of business development reps to create and qualify high quality leads for our sales teams to pursue.


You will help build interest in our products, increasing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads that align with our team goals. You're equally comfortable writing a narrative, creating compelling visuals, and crunching numbers. You know how to communicate complex ideas in simple ways through a combination of storytelling and data. You have a history in complex, projects. You can demonstrate a deep understanding of our buyers' challenges and find the right ways to connect and communicate with them.


You will work with senior leadership and collaborate to ensure understanding on shared goals and Indicators. You will be about go-to-market strategy, effective marketing, sound decision making, and relationship-building. You will be at the heart of our commercialization strategies and you will create instant and lasting impact on the growth of our organization. Expect a steady flow of special projects, as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, email, PPC, etc.) to build the pipeline for our enterprise and health plan buyer segments and ensure we reach our growth targets.
  • Use analytics and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, measure Indicators, and improve strategies based on data. Use data-driven insights to refine lead scoring models, identify new channels and opportunities, and improve targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for demand generation and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to guide maximum Return on investment. Track spending across all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, GM, Product Marketing, Consultant Relations, Business Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure agreement on growth goals and seamless lead handoff processes.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our corporate event presence (both virtual and in-person), including conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Work with teams to ensure that events deliver exceptional value and align with priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative and team environment that supports innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, growth marketing, and event strategy - in the employer benefits space or working with large enterprise buyers
  • Experience building teams, including demonstrable ability to coach and upskill team members
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and allocate resources to meet growth goals
  • Experience with demand generation tactics, including content marketing, digital advertising (PPC, paid social), SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Extensive experience executing B2B and B2C events, including trade shows, webinars, and user conferences
  • Expertise in driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies
  • Ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders around common objectives
  • Excellent project management skills and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Desire and ability to succeed in a demanding, creative, and entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or related industries preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in healthcare marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics)

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits

Zone B: $164,395 - $232,210 + equity + benefits

Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320 + equity + benefits

Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits



This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. Your Recruiter can share details of your geographic alignment upon inquiry. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process. In addition to receiving a competitive base salary, the compensation package may include, depending on the role, the following:
